I was in a serious crisis after a person who was recommended to me to move all my things from... read moreI was in a serious crisis after a person who was recommended to me to move all my things from a Uhaul to an upstairs apartment left me stranded in the dark outside my apartment complex with many of my things scattered all over the parking lot. I am new to Austin, was all by myself in work clothes (dress and heels). The recommended guy said he had to go pick up the other guy that was going to help. After almost two hours, I panicked and ended up finding this company on Craigslist. I was so desperate that I took a chance and texted them knowing that Craigslist can be shady. This company went above and beyond to send me a guy to help me move what he could since it was so late. This guy was like Superman, carrying huge boxes up the stairs into my apartment. Of course, he needed help for the really heavy items and the next day, he showed up again with another guy who I believe is the manager/owner. They had everything in my apartment in an hour. Altogether, it took maybe 2 1/2 hours for them to get an entire apartment upstairs. They are students from UT and work their butts off and give the kindest customer service ever. While their prices may seem steep to some, it is worth every penny. They are careful, fast, hardworking, and kind. I still can’t believe how they saved me, especially at night.
